COLOUR: Intense ruby colour with purple nuances
AROMA: A characteristic bouquet of black and red berry aromas, spicy notes and well integrated oak
TASTE: Fruity, supple, soft and inviting
AGEING: 6 month in French and Bulgarian oak barriques
SERVING SUGGESTION: Red meat dishes, barbeque, game birds and lighter cheeses.
