Sophisticated wine tasting menu with Edoardo Miroglio wines

We are pleased to announce a special dinner with sophisticated meals and wines from Edoardo Miroglio winery on 03.07.2014 in Este restaurant in Sofia.

The menu costs 180 BGN per person and includes the following:

 

Meal: Salmon tartar with avocado, coriander and black sesame

Wine: Rose brut 2008 Edoardo Miroglio

 

Meal: Crispy Black Angus sirloin with apple pure* and celery foam with mint

Wine: Chardonnay Elenovo Vineyard 2010 Edoardo Miroglio

 

Meal: Foie gras gratin with wild mushrooms, parmesan emulsion and olives

Wine: Pino Nero Reserve 2011 Edoardo Miroglio
