Edoardo Miroglio winery is pleased to announce that the famous DECANTER magazine has featured the EM Pinot Noir in its latest edition for February 2015. The author speaks about the different approach towards red wine, the vineyards in Elenovo region and the impressive range of wines produced by Edoardo Miroglio winery. He highlights the EM Pinot Noir 2008 with the words: "An elegant, fragrant style combining notes of wild raspberry, a smoky hint and ripe tannins. FABULOUS."

GRAPES: Pinot Noir
COLOUR: Red with brick nuances
AROMA: Unique black cherry and morello-cherry aroma, coffee, smoke, spices.
TASTE: Complex and elegant cherry extract, complemented by oak and smoke nuances. Characteristic of this unique wine is the supple vanilla cream, sweet tannins and long aftertaste.
AGEING: 12 months in French oak barriques; 3 -6 months in the bottle
SERVING SUGGESTION: White and dark meat, game, pasta and pizza, young cheese
