SOLI Pinot Noir 2011 featured in the Independent newspaper and the Wine Society
in the first two days of March
Edoardo Miroglio winery is pleased to announce that Soli Pinot Noir 2011 has captured the attention of the UK press. On 1st March it was featured in the Independent newspaper in the "Wines of the week" section and later in the Wine society website with the words “gorgeous” Bulgarian Pinot Noir. Terry Kirby continues with “Once there was little to recommend about Bulgarian bottles, but this gorgeous Pinot Noir, part of a Wine Society range of newly discovered wines, shows how far they have come on, thanks here to an Italian wine-maker – soft, cherry flavours, with a seriously smoky, spicy edge. Try, perhaps lightly chilled, with fish dishes or tomato-based pasta.”
