Successful performance of organic wines

Bulgaria has become the world capital of wine. From April 28 to May 1 hosted the famous competition Mondial de Bruxells in Plovdiv. This is the most prestigious and independent forum of wine in the world.
320 professional recordation judges oenologists, sommeliers, wine journalists, distributors and importers of wine from 52 nationalities come to appreciate about 9,000 wines from 55 countries.
Bulgaria was chosen as the capital of wine in competition with countries such as France, Italy and Portugal. This year, when participants had reported a record number of sample quality wines from Bulgarian wines - more than 260.
Wine cellar "Edoardo Miroglio" presented the purest and ecological wines that are made in the cellar. Our organic wines offered the chance today to drink wine in the recipe of our ancestors - without sulphites, tannins, dyes, enzymes, preservatives, sugars, filtering agents.
The requirements for organic vineyards are to be separated from other vineyards fertilized only with manure and hoeing manually, do not use any preparation. These are pure products of nature.
