Program:

- 7:00 pm wine tour at Edoardo Miroglio.

- 7:45pm welcome reception for guests with Bulgarian tradition with ritual bread, honey and salt.
- 8:00pm restaurant accommodation and an official dinner.
- 8:00pm rich music program with Bulgarian, Italian and Russian music.
- 9:00pm traditional fire dancing under the accompaniment of an aphannic bagpipe and drum.
- 9:30pm solemn fireworks.

Menu:
1. Traditional Bulgarian salad and Thracian hors d'oeuvre.
2. Plates of Bulgarian and Italian cheeses and sausages.
3. Pork roasted in Italian with Zhu sauce and warm garnish.
4. Italian homemade tiramisu and fruit plate.

5. 100ml. brandy Edoardo Miroglio and 1/2 bottle of Edoardo Miroglio wine, soft drinks and water.
